WSB Properties allows rent to be paid online through a third-party company, PayLease.com.

With PayLease, you can make payments online anytime, anywhere. You can pay with an E-check, credit card or debit card. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic, recurring payments. PayLease offers 24/7 support and the option to pay over the phone.

Note, your lease specifies the date which your payment is late for physical payments methods. Payments online take a few days to process after the scheduled payment date. Rent will be considered late and subject to late fee penalties if rent is scheduled to be paid online after the 1st of the month. For example, the scheduled payment date for January’s rent must be on or before January 1st or else it will be considered late.

There are transaction fees associated with paying online. $2.95 is incurred by the payer for an ACH transaction. 3% is incurred by the payer for credit or debit card transactions.
